Can my contact sheets (thumbnail view of each image) have every image in the image set even if some images don't fall under 2257 guidelines (not simulated or actual sexual conduct or lascivious exhibition)?

Ok, a contact sheet has all depictions in thumbnail view of an image set (all the photos you intend to use from a particular photo shoot). During the photo shoot some images won't fall into the 2257 record keeping category because they are not sexually explicit or lascivious, some may even have the model full clothed without being in a sexual situation. For such images is it unlawful to include them into the record keeping system?
Example:
Let's say I have 120 images, and out of those images 10 are not lascivious or sexually explicit. I have all images numbered 1-120 in chronological order in thumbnail view to use as my copy of the depictions requirement of 2257. During an inspection they notice some images don't fall into the 2257 guidelines, would that be a problem?
Also if the "safe" images are being used on an adult website on a tour page in plain view and federal agents ask to see who this person is, wouldn't that image need to be in the records also, even if she wasn't being shown in an explicit or lascivious manner?
